Not-so-funny story: Back in late-February, Boomsnake made a drive up to Davis, CA to play a show with Thao at UC Davis. Gabe was super sick thee entire drive up, but started feeling better once we got to the venue. After loading in & eating some food, Gabe's sickness got progressively worse & we had to cancel our performance just before the opening band wrapped up...not the best way to make a first impression...eh!
