What is Pieces of Punk? P.O.P. are random things, institutions, fashions, local business, and ideologies that help make punk what it is; kind of like putting together a puzzle. The location of all this is based in Southern California because, if you don't already know what happened, we're punk! Every punk kid growing up in this region needs to have good ol' reliable cheap mexican taco shop. In my neighborhood we had Loreto's. It had red and yellow vertical stripes with three badass bright yellow muscle cars parked out front; they never moved because the tires were always flat. The Food was dirt cheap and a burrito could be the size of your head if they were feeling generous enough. The salsa was still the best i've ever had, and to top it off... the had Marvel Vs. Capcom. I used to skate down my street, smoke weed at the church, get a burrito and play some arcade. Shit was tight. Why are taco shops always some variation of red and yellow?
